Once we have received your request for data recovery , we will contact you in order to coordinate the collection of your hard disk.
Your hard disk arrives at our laboratory.
We diagnose it straight away to find out what has happened to it.
We email you a report to let you know what has happened.
Our technicians will automatically begin to recover your data.
When the recovery process is completed, we will send you a list with the information we have recovered.
Everything is in your hands now!. Check the list received from us, since until you give us your approval, we shall not start recording your data.
When the recording ends, we will contact you in order to coordinate the return of your information.
You get your information, as if you had never suffered a Datastrophe.
